Refund Policy – Threadly Loop Apparel
Most new and unused items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a voucher-based refund.
- Refunds are issued only in the form of store vouchers. Cash refunds are not available.
- A refund may be processed if:
- The item received does not match the product specifications
- The shipment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances
- Discounted items and bulk purchases are not eligible for refunds.
