Delivery

• Delivery timeline is 4–6 business days depending on your location.
• We offer delivery services in more than 380 cities across Pakistan.
• Delivery charges 1-2 garments will be added to cart Rs. 200 per shipment.
• For more than 2 garments, delivery charges shall be calculated separately at checkout.
• Our logistics partners do not operate on Sundays and national holidays. Orders will be delivered on the next working day.
• We make two delivery attempts. Please ensure your address is complete (Phone Number, House No, Street, Area, Nearest Landmark).
• Do not accept parcels that are opened or tampered with.
• Gift Packing options shall be available for ‘Prepaid Orders’
• Only prepaid orders will be ‘Allow to Open’.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love what you've ordered. However, if you're not completely satisfied, the exchange process is simple.

• You can return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery through any courier.
• An exchange or return form must be dully filled and signed by the customer, without Return or Exchange Form returns shall not be processed.
• Products must be returned in original condition and packaging:
  • Unused and unworn
  • Not washed, damaged, or altered
  • Free from stains or odors
  • All tags and labels must be intact
• Exchange or return policy is not applicable on discounted items.
• To initiate a request, contact customer service via our website with item details and reason.

REFUND POLICY

Most new and unused items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a voucher-based refund.

• Refunds are issued only in the form of store vouchers. Cash refunds are not available.
• A refund may be processed if:
  • The item received does not match the product specifications, or
  • The shipment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Refunds are not applicable on discounted items and bulk purchases.
